Activities are endless for the naturist/nudist. From gorgeous mountainous hikes and bicycle trails to sun drenched sandy beaches there is something for everyone. There are table games such as ping-pong, cards, dominoes and dice. There are moderate indoor activities such as dancing, yoga, darts and swimming. For outdoor activities, the list is long. Try your skills at volleyball, tennis, badminton, horseshoe throwing, basketball or Frisbee. You can jump in the refreshing waters of the outdoors and swim, surf, scuba dive and snorkel. Or unleash your wild side and take the helm in a canoe or kayak, or a sailboat. Ride the winds of a parasail or gallop on horseback along the shoreline watching your silhouette darken as the sunsets across the ocean.
The adventurous nudist is always welcome to explore the great outdoors. However, in each nudist/naturist’s life, one must take time to relax. After a hard week at work or a hard day at play we all need to unwind and enjoy life at a slower pace. You will find, sitting on a beach or nestled into a wooded cove reading a bestseller or painting your finest work of art is always more relaxing when you feel uninhibited by day-to-day clothing. Sitting, standing or laying out in the nude energizes your soul with the warmth of the sun, gives you the freedom of societies modesty rules and allows you to feel nature the way it was intended.
Once you have embarked on the journey of leaving your clothes in the drawer and feeling comfortable in your own skin, the activities await you. Like the Greek Athlete’s who are depicted in breath taking marble sculptures, the world famous sports once played by the great Olympians in Greece, set the standard of excellence for the world and they are to this day, “nude“. Who can argue with the Greek God’s? Get those clothes off and let the games begin.
